3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the designated representative of the subscribing institution must contact us directly. Please send your refund request via email to our support team, including the institution's name, subscription details, and the reason for the request.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive a refund request, our team will review it to determine if it meets the criteria for a refund as outlined in the subscription agreement.

If a refund is approved, it will take 5–7 business days to be credited to the original payment method.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as one-time setup fees or charges for specific custom development, may be non-refundable. Any such conditions will be clearly stated in the service agreement.
