Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and subscription plans offered by Alphaworks India under the ShikshaNXT brand ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). ShikshaNXT is a brand of Alphaworks India. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Policy

All fees paid for ShikshaNXT (a brand of Alphaworks India) services and subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees
  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom development charges
  • Service activation fees
  • Any other fees associated with our services

Once a payment has been processed and your subscription or service has been activated, no refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Services

Our services are offered on a subscription basis to educational institutions. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). Since our services are digital and begin immediately upon activation, and access is provided for the entire billing period, refunds are not available for:

  • Partial months or periods of service
  • Unused portions of subscription periods
  • Early cancellation of subscriptions
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for charges that occur after cancellation if the cancellation was not processed before the renewal date.

5. Exceptions (As Required by Law)

Refunds may only be provided in circumstances where required by applicable law, such as:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
  • Charges made after a valid cancellation request was submitted
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction that mandate refunds under specific circumstances

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact our support team with detailed information and supporting documentation. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

6. Service Interruptions

In the event of service interruptions or technical issues on our end, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. However, service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits or extensions, but this is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund policy.
